In Lucas Herzig’s solo exhibition “Long-term oriented,” he explores the autonomy of the human body, questioning its structure and capabilities. He delves into the fabrica of the body, asking what it consists of and what actions it can perform. Herzig examines how abstraction dissects the sentient body, leaving behind only certain senses and cognitive functions.

Since its establishment in 2016, Kulturfolger has engaged various artists to create sunshades for its premises on Idastrasse. CKÖ and Veli & Amos have contributed their distinctive artworks to these sunshades, which serve as a form of public art as we keep them open during sunny days. Now, we have invited Lisa Lurati to intervene on the final remaining eastern side, where she initiates a dialogue not only with the sun but also with other celestial bodies, such as Pluto. Lisa Lurati's sunshade will be unique as it deliberately challenges and plays with the idea of the shade and its functionality.
