Since the establishment of the Hubert Looser Foundation in 1988, Looser has dedicated himself to building up a premier art collection focused on abstract expressionism, minimalism, and surrealism. A part of the collection is exhibited at the Kunsthaus Zürich in the new Chipperfield building, with a new show on view since November 2024. Looser remains committed to ensuring that Zurich remains a vibrant, open and innovative place for contemporary art.

In addition to its advocacy for the arts, the Hubert Looser Foundation is dedicated to supporting humanitarian projects both in Switzerland and abroad.
