Michel Pérez Pollo (b. 1981, Cuba) presents Double Gaze, a new group of paintings that explore the ambiguity of perception. Rooted in an understanding of painting as both mental and physical space, his works depict forms that hover between recognition and transformation. Small and medium-scale compositions, often conceived as diptychs, introduce a sense of doubling and displacement. Installed in relation to one another, the works create a continuous perceptual movement, inviting viewers to experience reality as something constructed, unstable, and open.

Irma Blank (1934–2023) made writing without words. Over six decades, in series following one another with quiet coherence, she filled pages and canvases with script-like signs that record time, breath and gesture rather than meaning. At the edge of writing and drawing, her work developed into a choreography of presence. Her practice, rooted in the experience of moving from Germany to Italy at age twenty, remains one of the most rigorous investigations of language and silence in postwar art.
