HOTELS

THE DOLDER GRAND

The Dolder Grand offers the right setting for people with a sense of pleasure, art and relaxation: 175 luxurious rooms and suites, world-class restaurants, a spa covering 4,000 square metres, spacious event facilities and an art collection boasting more than 100 works, including originals from Takashi Murakami and Salvador Dalí: the Dolder Grand, which opened in 1899 as the Dolder Grand Hotel & Curhaus, is a luxurious City Resort in the truest sense of the word. The hotel treats its guests to magnificent views over Zurich, the lake and the Alps. The Dolder Grand Spa and the nearby woods offer rest and relaxation.

The conversion of the Dolder Grand was completed some 10 years ago. Lord Norman Foster managed to redesign the Hotel in spectacular fashion. Functioning as a visual anchor point overlooking Lake Zurich, the structure provides a unique setting for both artistic gems and luxurious hospitality. And it has now done so for more than 100 years, establishing a reputation far beyond the borders of Zurich, Switzerland and even Europe.
